Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the timepiece in its original luxury box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location for secure transit back to our workshop.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the integrity of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
